These Terms of Service govern the use of Sketrix, an operations and dispatch platform for field service businesses, provided by Sketrix LLC ("Sketrix," "we," "us," or "our").
Sketrix provides booking, dispatch, team management, and payment-related software to field service businesses ("Businesses") and their technicians ("Masters"). Sketrix is the software platform — each Business remains independently responsible for the services it provides to its own customers.
Access to Sketrix is provided by invitation from an existing admin account. Each person is responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for all activity under their account. Admins may create, edit, or remove Master accounts within their Business.
Where enabled, Sketrix facilitates in-person card payments and the resulting payout split between a Business and its Masters, using Stripe as our payment processor. Sketrix does not itself hold customer funds — all payment processing is handled by Stripe under its own terms, which you also agree to when completing payment account setup.
You agree not to use Sketrix to violate any law, misrepresent a booking or job, or interfere with the platform's normal operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We aim to keep Sketrix available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected issues may occasionally affect access.
Sketrix is a software platform. We are not a party to the service agreement between a Business and its customers, and we are not liable for the quality, safety, or outcome of services performed by a Business or its Masters.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Sketrix after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
