Sketrix LLC ("Sketrix," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through the Sketrix platform and how we use it.
We collect account information (name, email, phone, role), job and booking data entered by Businesses and their customers, and location data submitted by Masters when marking a job "en route" (used only to estimate arrival time).
Sketrix does not store full card numbers or bank account details. Payment and payout information is collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor, under Stripe's own privacy policy.
We use collected information to operate the platform: scheduling, dispatch, team access, SMS and email notifications, and payout calculations. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Within a Business's account, admins and masters can see job details relevant to their role. We share data with service providers we rely on to run Sketrix (such as our hosting, SMS, and payment providers) solely to deliver the platform.
We retain account and job records for as long as reasonably necessary for business, tax, and legal purposes.
You can request a copy or deletion of your account information by contacting us below, subject to records we're required to keep for legal or accounting reasons.
